Professor John Arnold is a Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Director of Research Impact at Loughborough University School of Business and Economics, Fellow and Chartered Occupational Psychologist of the British Psychological Society (BPS), and a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Dr Iain Coyne is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology, Registered Occupational Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Dr Ray Randall (formerly of Loughborough University) is Senior University Teacher in Work Psychology, Institute of Work Psychology, Sheffield University Management School.
