Loughborough’s School of Business and Economics nominated for CIMA Global Excellence Award

Loughborough University’s School of Business and Economics has been nominated for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Global Excellence Award.
The award recognises academic partner institutions that achieve CIMA pass rates above the global average in the same calendar year. The nomination is a result of the number of graduates from the school that go on to pass the operational, management and strategy exams as part of their CIMA Professional Qualification.
Professor of Finance at the School of Business and Economics, Andrew Vivian said: “This nomination underlines the quality and industry relevance of the teaching on our Accounting and Finance programmes”. Congratulations to our alumni and teaching staff for their participation in making this achievement possible.
The School of Business and Economics leads CIMA partner programmes at undergraduate and postgraduate level and is ranked 1st in UK for Graduate Prospects in Accounting and Finance (Good University Guide, 2021).
