Sally Nunekpeku 

Tips on a Career as a Customer Success Manager in an AI Start-up

Sally Nunekpeku graduated from SBE in 2016 with a BSc in Information Management and Business Studies.

Sally is currently the Senior Customer Success Manager at DigitalGenius. She will be giving an overview of what it is like to be a CSM within a start-up

DigitalGenius is an AI platform that puts customer support on autopilot by understanding conversations and automating repetitive processes.

Previously Sally was at IBM, as part of the Watson team - the AI branch of IBM. During her time at IBM she ran Hackathons, helped to create and implement chatbots and sell a few Saas contracts. Sally is a self-proclaimed foodie and an avid Manchester United fan.
