About this event

Working together to create Sustainable Futures for UK High Streets
Digital technology is changing how we live, where and how we shop and how we manage our daily lives. At Loughborough University we have a special interest in the UK high streets and how digital is shaping and impacting our towns and cities. Over the last year we have been researching the effects of digital on high street in Gloucestershire; Warwickshire and Leicestershire. We would like to share our preliminary findings with you and gauge your level of interest in getting more involved in developing a digital programme across your region. We are working with local authorities and leading innovative technology partners to tackle the big question: how is digital affecting our high street economy? And more importantly, what can be done to ensure digital is helping support high street growth.
We’d like to invite you to find out more about our programme and through discussion and debate plan how your region can benefit from further participation.
