Centre for Automotive Management Masterclass 2016

The School of Business and Economics and the Centre for Automotive Management are hosting a ‘Masterclass’ sponsored by Audi (UK).
Please join us for a presentation and discussion by Josh Robinson, ‘Synergy Sponsorship’, one of the leading UK sports marketing agencies.
In the previously Audi sponsored Masterclass, Josh Robinson examined the use of social and digital media in ‘Turning Customers into Fans.’ Drawing on examples from the sports industry, he highlighted strategies for engaging customers in a more effective way resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. In this new Masterclass he examines how businesses and brands can use these customers and ‘fans’ as marketers and advocates for their organisation.
As social and digital media has advanced we are entering a new era where influencer marketing is increasingly important. The session will examine examples of best practise and the impact this can have on the bottom line of the business.
The Masterclass is essential for those looking to exploit the potential of social and digital media for their organisation.
