CSM article tops the Loughborough University institutional repository for journal article downloads in 2018

Professor Thorsten Gruber, Director of CSM, published the most downloaded journal article from Loughborough University’s institutional repository in 2018: "Understanding Generation Y and their use of social media: A review and research agenda".

Thorsten said:

"This paper provides a conceptual framework for considering the antecedents and consequences of Generation Y's social media usage. It identifies unanswered questions about Generation Y's use of social media, as well as practical insights for managers."

The University repository stores a variety of documents, including journal articles, book chapters, doctoral theses, conference papers and more. There are currently more than 35,000 items in the repository. The full list can be seen here

The full text of Thorsten's article has also been downloaded more than 115,000 times from the Journal of Service Management website. It is currently the Journal’s most-read article and has already almost 750 citations.
