Centre for Productivity and Performance

The newly established Centre for Productivity and Performance (CPP) brings together a multidisciplinary team of researchers operating at the methodological interface between economics, management science and operational research.

The CPP engages in research aimed at measuring, understanding, incentivising and improving the productivity and performance of firms, public services, industries, and also understanding the impact of both regulation and market interactions on firm and industry performance.

CPP research also acknowledges the competing social, environmental, financial and economic objectives involved in performance assessment, and is therefore of practical relevance to managers and policy makers.
