Lecturer in Intelligent Networks

Dr. Pease is a Lecturer in Intelligent Networks.

Her current research expertise is in intelligent service design and performance improvement of wireless networks, the use of AI in semantic architectures for interoperability and decision support, using ad hoc, Internet of Things and wireless sensor network approaches in harsh and low infrastructure environments, industrial tracking and traceability architectures; Blockchain; network monitoring and feature extraction, network simulation to predict and optimise performance. Dr. Pease also works with ontologies to harness new knowledge in relation to legal compliance in relation to the IoT and manufacturing.

She holds a Ph.D. degree, funded under CASE award from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and B.A.E. Systems. Dr. Pease’s expertise combines Engineering and Computer Science and also an LL.B.(Hons.) degree in Law from the University of Essex.
