Distance Learning Administrator

Key roles and responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with distance learning (DL) pre-application enquiries, offering support and guidance to prospective DL students.
  • Responsible for maintaining, monitoring and facilitating the distance learning experience for existing DL students including module registration, organising off campus examinations and providing regulatory advice.
  • Managing and co-ordinating administrative processes for temporary students undertaking Distance Learning CPD/short courses.
  • Providing support to the Distance Learning Academic Team and the PG Administrative Team.
  • Secretary to the School’s Academic Practice Sub-Committee which monitors and advises on all matters relating to taught academic practice in the Department.
