UKACM 2021 Conference on Computational Mechanics

The Department of Mathematical Sciences of Loughborough University will host the 2021 conference of the UK Association for Computational Mechanics (UKACM) online on 14-16 April 2021.

This event, part of a well-established conference series promoted by the UKACM, is the main national conference on recent developments in computational mechanics. It offers academics an ideal forum to present their research as well as the opportunity to foster new ideas and to establish new research collaboration both nationally and internationally.

The conference is particularly tailored to PhD students and early-career researchers, offering them a unique opportunity to present their research, develop their communication skills and interact with other researchers. 

The conference will involve a combination of plenary lectures and contributed talks, and it will start with a School on Advanced Topics in Computational Mechanics.
