New WES Mentoring Scheme Available to Loughborough Students
LUWES Guidance and Support Drop-In Sessions
This year, WES, (Women's Engineering Society), at Loughborough University, has officially launched their engineering guidance and support drop-in sessions.
If students are a part of the Wolfson School, Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering or the School of Aeronautical, Automotive, Chemical and Materials Engineering, and need support during their time at Loughborough, they can now join any of the drop-in sessions and speak to one of our female-engineer mentors. The drop-in sessions happen fortnightly for 4 consecutive sessions with student mentors from different engineering schools.
The first session is happening on Wednesday 10th February, with mentors from the Wolfson School.
Current students can access the session as per the below
- Date: Wednesday 10th February 2021
- Time: 15:00-16:00
- Join using This Link
This support is in addition to other engineering support services at Loughborough, which includes our Part A Mentoring programme and Maths Support which are both available online.
If you are joining Loughborough University this year, do look out for the extra support available to our student engineers!
