Design School graduate creates exhibition space at London’s Design Museum

Benjamin Hubert and his team were selected to create the exhibition space, currently on display at London’s Design Museum.

The Designs of the Year exhibition is held annually, and showcases innovative, exciting and contemporary designs from all over the world.

Benjamin, an Industrial Design and Technology graduate, gained the opportunity to use his impressive skills in design and created displays for all 76 of the shortlisted projects in this year’s exhibition. These varied in style, and ranged from car displays, to apps, fashion and architectural projects.

Although faced with the challenge of working within a tight budget, Benjamin and his team at Benjamin Hubert Ltd created a hyper flexible modular system from MDF and timber.

Benjamin’s exhibition space is on display until 23 August at 28 Shad Thames, next to Tower Bridge. The winner of this year’s Designs of the Year award will be announced in May.
