Salman Asghar Bachelors in Product and Industrial Design, MFA Graphic Design
Salman Asghar has done his Bachelors degree in Product and Industrial Design (PID) from University of Engineering and Technology (UET, Lahore, Pakistan) in 2011 and Masters in Fine Art (Graphic Design) degree from University of the Punjab, (PU, Lahore, Pakistan) in 2015. He has been appointed as full-time Lecturer in the same department at the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan, since 2011. As a freelance graphic designer, he has completed projects with gamut of clients.
In recognition of his outstanding academic and professional profile, he was awarded with Faculty Development Program (FDP) scholarship from UET, funded by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Government of Pakistan.
Salman is interested to explore product semantics, and symbolic association of Assistive Technology Product in the context of social purpose of reframing through studying the practices in United Kingdom and Pakistan.
Impact of Assistive Technology Product (ATP) through visual semantics in the context of socio-cultural factor.
