Chemical Engineering student travels to New Zealand for PDP
All of our Chemical Engineering MEng students undertake a Professional Development Project (PDP) in their second semester of their third taught year. This gives students a unique experience with many choosing to study overseas at one of our partner universities.
MEng Chemical Engineering student, Emily Collins, travelled to the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand to undertake her PDP.
Emily stated that she would recommend the experience 100% to any student, and that the chance to travel to the other side of the world to carry out an independent research project was the perfect way to gain new skills and learn more about herself.
