Loughborough Fine Art student wins Art Fund 'Edible Masterpiece' Competition
Final Year Fine Art student Paula Riley - who goes by her artist name ‘Priley Riley’ - has won first place in 'The Ultimate Edible Masterpiece of 2015' competition, run by Art Fund, a national fundraising charity for art.
Priley's entry, a satsuma recreation of Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel fresco painting, was named the winner of the competition, after being judged by a panel of creative experts: Great British Bake Off winner, Frances Quinn; chef, restaurateur and journalist, Rowley Leigh; and The Guardian's art critic, Jonathan Jones.
