The aesthetic of my work is strongly inspired by clean details, such as Brutalism Architecture, Radical Geometry and Minimalism.
I have varied skills in all disciplines of 3D Design as well as working in the knitwear industry. I worked at handcrafted knitwear brand Wool and the Gang in the Summer of 2013, and since then I have worked as a freelance hand-knitter for the company, knitting accessories for the likes of Giles Deacon and Christopher Raeburn, and the UK’s Campaign for Wool. I will be working at the company full time from July 2015.
I like to explore my ideas in both 3D and 2D forms. I have 8 years experience on programs such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Therefore, a lot of my development is made through these. As well as developing 3D forms quickly using methods such as paper manipulation, and using software to develop them further.
I’ve made a range of different objects from furniture and lighting to fashion accessories. Pushing my boundaries and challenging my skills in different materials and processes, out of my comfort zone.
