Gregory Meyers is a computer scientist and UK Engineering Council chartered engineer interested in using AI and statistical modelling techniques to develop better systems and gain new insights into complex systems. Gregory has been a Research Associate in the Department of Aeronautical and Automotive Engineering at Loughborough University since 2020. Before joining Loughborough University, he was a Research Associate in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Sheffield.

His doctoral and post-doctoral work has primarily been in applying machine learning (ex. ANNs, Deep Learning, Random Forests), statistical modelling (ex. Variational Bayesian Inference on Gaussian Mixture Models), computer vision and other AI techniques to various engineering domain problems.
