Sally-Ann is the former Group Operations & Technology Director for Willis, a leading Global insurance broking firm. In this role she had responsibility for Global IT, Real Estate, Change Management and Operations including a large captive service centre in India. Prior to this role, Sally-Ann held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Willis International a business that encompasses all the retail (SME to Large Corporate) insurance broking activities in EMEA, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Her other experience in financial services includes various senior executive roles with Lloyds TSB where, amongst other roles, she led the integration of Lloyds and TSB; Hill Samuel Asset Management and the Prudential Corporation. Previously, Sally-Ann worked in the oil industry for Mobil Oil Corporation.

Sally-Ann has a broad functional background having had experience in a wide variety of roles from engineering to Treasury/Finance and Service Quality to IT/Operations. However, most of her roles in the last 20 years have a common thread of change and transformation leadership be it post-merger integration, operating models, outsourcing & offshoring or business improvement.

Sally-Ann holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from Cass Business School in London and is a non-Executive member of the governing body of Loughborough University.

Sally-Ann is also a non-Executive Director of NFU Mutual and a member of the Advisory Board of OEE.
