Self-Care Sundays - Spring term 2021
Join us for regular online events encouraging you to take some time out for yourself, relax and de-stress.
Self care Sundays are all about taking some time out from the stresses of studies or socialising and just focusing on yourself. It is important to relax your mind and body and these sessions are designed to provide you with the opportunity to be guided by a range of practitioners and establish some positive parameters to your life. Whether that be getting creative or meditative, each session will introduce you to a different type of practice that you can continue to develop yourself.
The workshops will be live streamed to the LU Arts Facebook page except for Tension relief breath workshop which will take place via Zoom and must be booked in advance. For more information on each session click on the links below. All events start at 4pm.
