Support your health and wellbeing this term with a programme of free, fun and uplifting activities for you to try.

With Femme Fatale Gals we're running a programme of weekly events to encourage you to take some time out from your studies and escape the pressures of daily life. Activities range from hands-on practical sessions to more energetic and physical ones. You will learn skills and techniques along the way which you can use to help reduce anxiety and contribute to your sense of wellbeing.

Events take place in Claudia Parsons Hall (in the common room upstairs) every Tuesday evening. You can view and book all of the events through our Facebook page (click on 'Book now'). Booking is essential for hands-on workshops which have a limited capacity.

These events are open to Loughborough University students only.
