This term we're encouraging you to 'be calm and get creative' as one of the ways that we help support your wellbeing. We're launching a trial programme of free, fun and uplifting activities for you to try.


  • Introduction and social discussion with Femme Fatale Gals
  • A breath of fresh air - mindfulness meditiation workshop
  • Lino cutting (printmaking) workshop

These events are open to Loughborough University students only.

Events take place in Claudia Parsons Hall every Monday evening from 7pm and on Thursday evenings in either Robert Bakewell Common Room or upstairs in The Hub (in the Student Village). You can view and book all of the events through our Facebook page.
