I went through a lot of research before selecting Loughborough University for my Masters. During the research phase I found that the course which I was applying for had a high ranking among the universities in UK. That was one of the main reasons, the other reason was the campus itself. The infrastructure and the facilities all added up for me, and I finally decided to join Loughborough University.
It helped me to concentrate on my field of expertise and to change my hobby into a career.
Would there be one piece of advice that you would give to current or prospective students looking to study the same course that you did?
Yes, for this course you can’t sit in front of a book or a computer to get good marks. The course requires more physical interactions and good communication. If you are okay with that, then you will excel.
Did you take part in any extra-curricular activities during your studies? If so, how did this impact upon your Loughborough experience?
I used to take part in most of the sporting events and other cultural activities that helped me in refresh my brains during the hectic course, which I feel is very important.
After completing my Masters, I got two Job offers. Both were equally good and challenging and I accepted one of them and to stay back in UK. I’m now working in Soluis group as Mixed reality user experience developer. I get to play with the latest technologies and learn more about the current market trends. It’s brilliant to see the products I design go out in the Market and in the hands of the users.
