Alumnus becomes an advisor in regional health collaboration

Edward Pingyuan Lu received his certificate of appointment last week at the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office on the island of Guam, an unincorporated territory of the United States in the North Pacific Ocean.

Edward is the Director of Public Health Office for the Hometown Sustainability and Vitality Guidance (HSVG) Mission, and has become an advisor for the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO).

The alumnus was presented with his certificate by TECO Director General Paul Chen.

Edward graduated with a master’s degree in International Management in 2002.
