Mental health support offered by alumni business

MYNDUP, a mental health & wellbeing support platform founded by alumnus Joel Gujral, provides virtual 1-1 sessions with professionals ranging from therapists and counsellors to mindfulness practitioners.

The company has launched a volunteering programme which is giving free mental health support to frontline NHS workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Joel says:

“In these uncertain times with the reported cases of clinical anxiety +30% in 8 weeks, the importance of mental health has never been more relevant and solutions should be an integral part of every company and university.”

The company aims to raise awareness and change the current stigma surrounding mental health. They have a network of over 250 qualified practitioners and offers their services to businesses as well as individuals.

Joel graduated with a degree in Banking Finance and Management in 2017.
