Alumna stitches PPE for local surgeries
Emma Constantine has been using her time in lockdown to support her local community in Hampshire by making PPE for the NHS.
After joining a local stitching group in May, the alumna decided on making 20 pieces of PPE per week.
“It's been really purposeful and rewarding to use my skills and interest in sewing to support the community.
“I am also salvaging everyone's scraps to recycle into other textile projects so that the stitching group is zero waste.”
Emma graduated with a degree in Fine Art in 2013.
