Alumnae feature in Loughborough art exhibition
The artwork of two alumnae is the centre of an exhibition being held on campus focusing on how people remembered loved ones who have passed away.
Jacqueline Gallon and Alexandra Brady’s “Holding Memories” exhibition is being held in the Martin Hall Exhibition Space on the Loughborough campus from 4-9 March.
The exhibition looks at how people remember those who have passed away, whilst aiming to provoke dialogue about how we deal with grief whilst continuing our daily lives.
Jacqueline graduated in 2015 with a BTEC Foundation Diploma. Alexandra graduated in the same year with a BA in Fine Art, before completing an MA in Art and Design in 2017.
The exhibition is free to visit and is open daily from 10am – 3pm.
