Alumnus retains BodyPower endurance lifting title
Rajko Radovic is a fitness professional and a keen participant and leader of endurance challenges.
He has recently been the host of the BodyPower Show 2018 at the NEC, Birmingham. BodyPower is one of the world’s leading strength and performance shows and the biggest indoor fitness expo in the world. This year marks ten years since alumnus, Rajko, set a world record in endurance lifting at the show.
Rajko maintained his title as part of the tenth anniversary celebrations of BodyPower. He has been competing in similar challenges for 20 years and he remains undefeated. He is also a world record holder in this weights discipline.
The alumnus also introduced a new element to the challenge, to get people to blindfold themselves whilst lifting weights. He created a different experience for the competitors by doing so, introducing a mind, body and spirit element to an endurance challenge.
Rajko set up the LSU Hour of Power Club when he was a student over 15 years ago, and has pioneered the Fitness4x4 method of training.
Rajko graduated with a degree in P.E.& Sports Science in 2001.
