Liz Byrne

Elizabeth currently works as the Sport Marketing Officer for Loughborough Sport at the University. Prior to this role, she has specialised in shopper insight and consultancy at major FMCG organisations including Nestlé and General Mills.

Elizabeth believes there is a great opportunity to further develop the commercial relationships between the University and industry and aims to use her role to support this endeavour.  

She would like to work with alumni to develop a relationship that benefits both alumni and the University. In addition, she is interested in developing working groups on topical subjects, delivering podcasts and thought leadership pieces, and creating a network that wants to engage. 

Elizabeth started her three-year term on the AAB in 2021.
