report was prepared for the Ministry of
Water, Lands and Environment in Uganda and
presented to the annual Joint Sector Review
by the Minister of State in September
2003. The Ugandan Government and it's
partners are making substantial investments
in the water and sanitation sector and are
keen to improve sector performance
measurement. The report is
structured around 10 performance
themes: Impact, Access, usage, Value
for Money, Quantity of Water, Quality of
Water, Equity, Affordability, Managerial Functionality. |
