Projects are task managed by the core team and staffed y WELL and partner institutions and their associated consultants.

An outline of the types of support available through WELL:

Sector policy development
Strategic review of policy, ToRs and proposals
Strategic client support for programme management, including: monitoring, output to purpose and technical review
Sector wide approaches and scoping
Programme identification
Performance measurement
Programme monitoring and evaluation
Design and implementation of capacity strengthening
