Throughout the year we’ll be running a series of campus tours for prospective students and their guests.
Each tour will begin with a short welcome to the University. This talk is a chance for you to hear a little more about what Loughborough has to offer and the staff member leading the session will be more than happy to answer any questions or queries about applying to and studying at Loughborough that you might have. After the talk you’ll be divided into smaller groups to look round campus.

Meet at the Students’ Union
Welcome to Loughborough presentation
The tour will last about 60 minutes and will include the University library, some of the sporting facilities available and will end back in the Students’ Union and you’ll also visit a typical example of a Hall of Residence. If you would like further information about all the different accommodation options available at Loughborough please visit our accommodation website.
The campus tours do not include any input from academic Schools/Departments or information about the degree programmes we offer. If you want to find out more about the courses we offer, we recommend that you attend one of the University Open Days.
If you apply to the University, and are made an offer, you will be invited to a post-application visit day in the Spring to look around the relevant School/Department and talk to members of academic staff and current students.
If you have questions about our courses in the meantime, please contact the appropriate School or Department directly.
We will be running tours in 2016 between 05/10/16 & 14/12/16.
Tours for the first half of 2017 will run between 11/01/17 & 31/05/17.
Extra Tours will take place during school half terms.
To book onto one of the campus tours you can use the online booking form. If you have any problems completing the form or need to change or amend your booking at any point please email us at email@example.com or call 01509 222252.
Yes! Perhaps the most convenient location to grab a coffee and something to eat is in the Students’ Union itself where there is a Starbucks coffee outlet and the Students' Union shop. There are also a number of other food outlets across campus including at the Edward Herbert Building (EHB), the Library and at Martin Hall. All of these locations sell a range of hot and cold drinks and food.
