Loughborough University International Foundation Programme
Year of entry
The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is a one-year course designed for high-calibre international students who have successfully completed 12 years of school education, and therefore need an extra year of study for UK undergraduate study.
The course is taught in both Business and Science/Engineering streams and, subject to achieving entry requirements, offers guaranteed progression routes to Loughborough University and other leading UK Universities.
The IFP is delivered by Loughborough College which is directly adjacent to the University campus. IFP students have access to the University facilities and experience from day one.
A minimum 5.5 IELTS is required for entry. Applications should be made directly to Loughborough College.
There is also a new three semester Loughborough University International Programme providing students who have a lower IELTS grade (5.0 overall with 4.5 in writing) with support and guidance in order to improve and complete the full programme.
For more information and to apply, see the Loughborough College website.
