This programme is aimed at graduate engineers who wish to specialise in water and waste water engineering from an international perspective. It focuses on water supply and sanitation but also includes water resources and environmental issues.
The programme aims to develop participants’ understanding of important aspects of sustainable public health infrastructure and services; to equip them with appropriate expertise and skills for work in low- and middle-income countries; and to provide opportunities for specialisation in one topic through in depth study during the Individual Research Project module.
