The Certificate and Diploma in Management and Leadership can lead to an MSc or the Loughborough MBA.
The programmes are part-time block release, delivered on an open access basis, and are tailored to the students’ experiences and organisational needs.

Certificate candidates need to complete all compulsory modules, plus one Certificate option. Diploma candidates need to complete all compulsory modules, plus one Certificate option and the related Diploma option. MSc candidates need to complete the Diploma stage, plus a research project.
Assessment
Continuous assessment, no examinations.
Entry Qualification*
Significant managerial experience at a supervisory/first-line management level (Certificate), a middle management level (Diploma) or a senior/middle management level with Diploma, or a first degree (MSc).
The programmes are particularly appropriate for managers who are returning to learning and do not have a formal management qualification.
