Staff survey 2012 Have your say!

As part of our desire to keep improving the Loughborough Experience for staff as well as students, all staff will shortly be invited to take part in our second Staff Survey.

The survey aims to find out how you feel about working at Loughborough University. We are committed to improving the quality of working life for staff and the results of the survey will help us to recognise our strengths, make improvements where change is needed and benchmark ourselves against similar institutions.

We have appointed Capita Surveys and Research Unit, an experienced external consultancy, to run the survey for us and I have asked Professor Jon Binner, Dean of the School of Aeronautical, Automotive, Chemical and Materials Engineering, to lead this important initiative.

I hope that you will see the survey as an excellent opportunity to put forward your thoughts, feelings and suggestions on all issues relating to working at the University.

Please be assured that all your responses in the Survey will be entirely anonymous. The University will not be able to identify any individual or their response in any way.

When the survey is complete, we will share the findings with you all.
