Inter-departmental football tournament

Loughborough University is calling all staff to brush off their football gear and take part in an inter-departmental, six-a-side football tournament.
Starting February 7, the annual event will see department squads from across campus battle it out for the title of the ultimate staff team.
Taking place on the PEC Rubber Crumb Pitch (near the University entrance), teams of six are welcome to enter and play 30 minute matches. Split into two leagues, the top four teams from each league will go through to the Quarter-Finals of the tournament.
Departments are able to submit more than one team, though each squad needs a member who is prepared to referee matches.
Deadline for entries is February 2, and each team must supply a name and £40 to enter the competition.
