What to Bring

Before you leave home make sure you remember to bring the following:

  • Tickets (these can either be on your phone/device or printed off. Please ensure that the ticket has a BARCODE on to be scanned and that it’s not just the confirmation email otherwise it will delay your entry into the venue.)
  • If you wish to buy any merchandise or refreshments you will need cash/card. We will be accepting both cash and card (including contactless) payments for merchandise, food and drink this season.
  • Your loudest voices!

When you arrive you'll be given a fan clapper to also help you have the best experience!

We know that sometimes all that chanting and cheering can be hard work - that's why we're offering a brand new range of refreshments to you enjoy whilst at the match. Fans can enjoy everything from tea, barista coffee and hot chocolate or you can treat yourselves with an assortment of alcoholic beverages such as wine, prosecco, beer and cider (age restrictions will apply).

For those rumbling tummies, choose from our outdoor Pizza Pod where you can sink your teeth into a delicious homemade, hand-stretched dough pizza straight from our wood-fired oven or head inside for a selection of hot pasta bakes. We'll also have plenty of healthy (and not so healthy) snacks on offer including cereal bars, sweets, doughnuts, popcorn, ice cream and more!

Our Volunteer Zambia Students will also be selling pick and mix at £1 or £2 a bag with all proceeds going towards their fundraising.

All our indoor food and drink outlets will accept cash or card payments. You can find a cash machine just a short walk away at the Students' Union.

Fan Zone

There's plenty to keep you and your little ones entertained whilst here at Loughborough, with opportunities to meet the players, take selfies with our frames and enter our half time shooting competition.

New for 2018 we'll have two large screens above the court. If you and your friends wish to feature on the screen at our first match send in your good luck messages and photos on social media using the hashtag #LightningStrikes. Also for this year is our Lightning photobooth! Visit our booth with your friends and get a free Lightning keepsake.

Whether they win or lose our players are always keen to meet their biggest fans - if you want to get selfies of autographs with your favourite stars please remain in your seats at the end of the game and wait for the announcer to direct you to our special fan zone at the end of the game.

If you are in need of assistance or possess a blue badge, please speak to one of the stewards on site who will direct you accordingly.
