We are here to help and support your students, making sure they have access to accurate and impartial advice when they need it. We try to make our service as accessable as possible, by offering a variety of means of communication, such as appointments, drop-in sessions, email and phone. We are also on the main social media sites.
Open & Visit Days
Our advisers are used to talking to prospective students and parents at the university-wide Open Days, and we are also attend (subject to staffing levels) School/Department visit days to talk to applicants about their funding.
Advice Sessions for Departments
If you would like to arrange for an adviser to run an advice session in your building please let us know. We would need some confidential space for the appointments, and ask that you promote the event for us. Alternatively, if you think there is a need, we can offer talks on issues such as househunting, living in private rented accommodation, managing their money and living on a budget.
If your School or department would be interested in hosting such a session please contact us.
We would want the host School to promote this to all their staff and students so that we are kept busy whilst with you.
