My responsibilities include overseeing staffing, marketing and training within the University Library. Quality assessment is within my portfolio along with service evaluation. I am Team Leader for the Administration Team.

Professional interests cover impact assessment of services, peoples’ information seeking behaviours and developing physical space in the context of the digital world.
