Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for mid-career PGRs and Academic/Research Staff wishing to develop their knowledge of RefWorks further.
Participants must have a good working knowledge of RefWorks including importing references and creating bibliographies.
Course Overview
This course will highlight how to change citation and bibliography styles, share accounts and use the more advanced features of Write 'n' Cite. More detailed information about the formatting a paper option will be given, together with use of switches to amend in-text citations.
Participants are encouraged to come to the session with practical queries with which we can help them or copies of their work on which they can practice.
Intended Learning Outcomes
Participants will be able to:
- edit and quality control references
- add attachments and links
- amend a citation output style
- save and export files
- share accounts - either using RefShare or Group accounts
- migrate references to and from other reference software
