The table below indicates service availability throughout Loughborough University's IT Services. A 'traffic light' system: red, amber, green, and blue, as defined by the colour legend below, is used to display service availability.
Please note, the service availability page will only be updated during working hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Due to essential Staff Training, the Service Desk is operating with reduced staff and this will be the case throughout Summer 2017.
If you have a password-related query or you need report a service outage affecting multiple users, please ring the Service Desk as usual.
For all other queries, we would appreciate it if you would email the details to us via email@example.com
This will help us to manage the workload and avoid customers experiencing long wait times on the phone.
