How to Connect Your Device

Loughborough University's wireless network is available to staff, students, academic visitors to the campus and to some conference delegates.

Staff work machines

Staff laptops with the Managed Windows service will already be configured to connect.

Staff personal machines

  1. Join the setup-wifi network
  2. Open a web browser; your device will be redirected to a configuration page.  If your browser doesn’t automatically redirect visit https://cloudpath.lboro.ac.uk
  3. If this does not work, see the tabbed web pages above for more information.

Conference delegates

Conference delegates should connect to the imago network.

Unsupervised wireless access for visitors

Members of University staff frequently have non-academic visitors, short term collaborators or other individuals visiting the Loughborough University campus who would benefit from Internet access whilst present. Where you are personally certifying the guest details being entered are correct, i.e. sponsoring the guest account, members of staff can request creation of ad-hoc accounts. IT Services offer a self-registration system for people staying in Burleigh Court or The Link Hotel and for conference delegates. Please speak to the hotel reception desk or your conference organiser for further details.
