Set up Outlook on your device

Apple iOS

If the current email account was manually created on the iOS device, the settings can be amended to work with Outlook Office 365.

If you are unable to amend the current email account’s settings, then this is likely because the account was added via the auto config method. To set up your Office365 account you will need to use the new auto config webpage which will replace your current email account.

Android OS

As you cannot amend the required email settings on an Android device you will need to remove the existing account and create it again from scratch.

As you cannot amend the required email settings on a Windows device you will need to remove the existing account and create it again from scratch.
