Wireless Network Connectivity
2:40PM, 5 April 2017
IT Services are aware that a number of users are experiencing connectivity issues with the campus wireless network. A recent software upgrade has resulted in a number of devices losing connection to the wireless service. The issue is being investigated and further notification will be sent once it has been fully resolved.
For a faster and reliable connection to the network, we recommend use of the wired service. Free Ethernet cables are available to collect from hall reception areas and the PC Clinic in the library.
It is recommended that you shut down your laptop when moving between different locations, and please do not unnecessarily re-run the set-up Wi-Fi process as this will not improve your connectivity.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
