Loss of External Internet Service

We currently have a major incident due to loss of the University's firewall.
This issue is affecting external internet connectivity. Any services which require a connection to servers outside of the university are currently unavailable. Outlook is intermittently offline.
Locally hosted systems such as campus printing are still available.
This is under urgent investigation. A further communication will be sent when the issue has been resolved.
