Final Update - Delayed and Undelivered emails

Further to previous announcements regarding email delivery delays and issues we can now confirm the defective server has successfully been removed from the email infrastructure. A review of the incident has been undertaken and we will be taking additional steps during the patching process to reduce the risk of incidents in the future. We are also in conversations with Microsoft as part of a wider review of our email architecture.
