Invoices are not sent for tuition, accommodation or ancillary charges but notification of billings are forwarded to the Loughborough student email account and regular statement of accounts are emailed, usually monthly during term time.

The student portal LUSI also shows outstanding balances due to the University.

There are penalties for failure to pay to the due dates as shown on the student statement. These may include suspension from studies, account passed to an external debt company for collection, court action or in the case of outstanding tuition debt, withholding degrees, diplomas or other qualifications awarded by the University.
