The Finance Shared Services team is responsible for collection of all fees, bills and debts due to the University. We also process payments back to students for expenses, refunds and bursaries.

In addition to distribution of monthly statements during term time, we also regularly send out email communications informing students of how to pay, important dates and general support advice. In addition we will send individual letters to students should the account become overdue or seriously in arrears. These communications are extremely important and should be acted on without delay to prevent advanced debt collection procedures being instigated. These communications will always be sent to the Loughborough student email account and it is extremely important that this email account is checked regularly.
