British Science Festival
The British Science Festival is Europe's longest standing science festival, travelling to a different place in the United Kingdom each year. It aims to diversify the public's understanding of science, with an events programme that encompasses it in the broadest sense of the word. Next year, the Festival is taking place in Hull - the 2017 UK City of Culture - and will be hosted by the University of Hull between 11-14 September 2018. There are a variety of ways that active researchers can get involved in the festival.
