Planning and Designing for Teaching - 11th March

Date: Wednesday 11th March 2015

Venue: RUT.0.02 - Rutland Building

Time: 13:30-16:30

The aim of this workshop is to explore good practice in planning and designing teaching for a range of purposes. A learner-centred perspective will be taken, rooted in fundamental concepts about how learning takes place. Participants are expected to have a teaching session in mind to plan as the workshop progresses.
This session focuses on the following elements of the UKPSF: A1; K2; K3; K5; K6; V1; V2.

School of Science Module Specification Review Session

Date: Wednesday 1st April2015

Venue: SMB.1.08 - Stuart Mason Building

Time: 13:00-16:00

This interactive session enables Module Leaders to review their module specifications as part of the Annual Update Process. Facilitated by Dr Sandie Dann (ADT Science) and Caroline Smith (Centre for Academic Practice), the session will enable attendees to obtain support with the review process and allow changes to mod specs to be made on the live system. This session is by invitation only
