About imago

imago Services is a department of Loughborough University that provides a comprehensive range of accommodation, catering, conference and event services for students and staff across the Campus and for all types of visitors to the University.

Many years of experience and a strong customer focus have helped us build an enviable reputation. We employ over 650 staff who are employed by the University. We are responsible for managing our accommodation including the housekeeping and maintenance; the catering service in hall and in our retail outlets.

We work closely with the Students Union and other University departments to help provide the best Loughborough Experience.

We use the University's extensive and unique facilities and resources to maximise revenue opportunities and all profits from our activities are used to support students and staff.
